Never received payment for services rendered. Contacted numerous times and no resolution or funds. Worst company as a inspector to do business with. Recommend all to stay away. Don’t let the A+ fool you. Never again.
Scam artists at their finest. Do not recommend. They don’t pay you for anything you do for them! Complete garbage business if you ask me
Don’t use spectrum there a rip off
They go out to a property to dewinterize it and say they can't, because the gas isn't on (there's no gas at this property). Go back 3 days later and say they can't, because the electric is not on ( I send them time stamped photos of the lights on). 3 weeks later they still haven't dewinterized.
They do not want to pay for services that have been Completed BEWARE
