Nice staff and then optometrist make me feel comfortable. Coming from Dr. Suzuki after 7 years there because horrible customer service from the optical Store always trying to take your money. Here the lady was nice and I was able to get a pair of Burberry glasses for 100 With my insurance when there somehow they always change me over 300 for generic glasses. so happy for the change I’m you guys hace won a patient for many years to come

I missed my appointed time - I put it on my calendar wrong. The staff were kind and rescheduled me for that same day. Dr Tsao was pleasant and understanding.
Coming from the VA system. I didn't know what to expect. The staff were very helpful and the good Dr Basham explained everything and the timeline and I am happy. I am looking forward to new eyes. Thankyou for everything. Oh, I now have my new lense in each eye. I can see for miles. I see 20/15 in each eye now. Better vision than I have ever had in my life..
