These folks are seriously overpriced, rude, and incompetent. The previous owner of this business retired and I was left with them. In my first visit, I was told I particulars, all which she denied ever saying at the next visit. Fortunately, I had the wisdom almost immediately to change to a great optomologist who is not only extremely competent but fairly priced. I strongly do NOT recommend this practice. Nice staff and then optometrist make me feel comfortable. Coming from Dr. Suzuki after 7 years there because horrible customer service from the optical Store always trying to take your money. Here the lady was nice and I was able to get a pair of Burberry glasses for 100 With my insurance when there somehow they always change me over 300 for generic glasses. so happy for the change I’m you guys hace won a patient for many years to come
Dr. Basham was very informative and answered all my questions thoroughly! I think he’s a great Opthamalogist!
I missed my appointed time - I put it on my calendar wrong. The staff were kind and rescheduled me for that same day. Dr Tsao was pleasant and understanding.
