Customer service could be better. Assisted my mother coming here patrons near and around give a rude pretentious vibe, two people were polite other than that garbage. Dead a#! Was ready to go as soon as i got here. But stayed for my mom. But I am glad my mother was fine. Peoples rudeness and inconsistency doesnt bother her. Got my lasik surgery in Nov 2018. I’ve been to my follow-up appointments and the staff is so friendly. I was initially scared of the surgery but the healing and instructions were so clear from Dr. Hashmi and her staff. I’m so glad that i went with them. After going to many lasik consulting appointments, I’m glad Spectrum is what i chose. Now both eyes are 20/20. Thank you.
I think it’s pretty sad when you call a doctor and all they want to hear about is,”What insurance do you have”? I have insurance so how about you treating me like a patient. My friend went there 3 weeks ago. He drove there because he was given no pre-post D/C instructions. Dr. L did surgery and my friend had to drive home like that and ended up calling me as he felt so sick. I had cataract surgery on my left eye about 2 years ago. I was and am extremely disappointed in Dr. Lelis. My vision is not near 20/20 in that eye. Measurements were taken by techs with on-the-job training. When I came in for a post-op visit, Dr. Lelis said that they didn't guarantee 20/20 vision after the surgery. He thought I should be happy that it was better than it was before. After getting a second post-op opinion, I learned that if Dr. Lelis had used a lens for the astigmatism that I have, I would have 20/20 vision in... read more
