Excellent service from staff to techs to Dr Lelis. Professional, clear, quick. Highly recommended
Excellent medical staff but terrible administrative staff. My doctor and her staff were polite, friendly, respectful, efficient. Admin staff were sometimes rude and negligent. I called three times for a receipt that I have yet to receive.
Hope you never have to call the office because I've been on hold for 10 minutes 4 seperate times today. On the 2nd 10 min wait "Mary" answered & hung up on me. Here I go waiting on hold for another round of 10 mins before it gets "disconnected". How extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.
Doctors are great, however the area that sells the glasses is horrible. It took 3 sets of glasses and 3 months to get the correct glasses. Now 5 weeks later my glasses fell apart. I will go to the doctors next exam but take the prescription else where. The surgery I had was awesome, so again great doctors. Now my wife's lenses have the anti-glare coating peeling. They said they can fix it at our cost. Don't use their lab!
