I was very satisfied. Had a day off at work and went to Subway ,and I walked-in and they Greeted me with smiling faces I asked to see the doctor, and right away I was seen. I don't have insurance and honestly there prices are really really good comparing to the other Opticals. The Dr. was very young yet she was very professional I definitely recommend this Optical. They have very nice staff as well, the girls are sweet and very helpful I think that I found my new Dr. ;) .
The eye doctor is great, however, there is not a huge selection of frames, they are overpriced and they take FOREVER to get glasses back. I normally go to Eye Masters, and am used to getting my glasses in an hour. First it was a couple of days, then a week, now a week and a half (it has been a week and a half), now she is telling me 2 weeks. I was told that my insurance was the reason that the glasses are going to the lab, and now I am finding out that it is the doctor that sends them to the lab. Also the price for an appoin... read more
