He was proactive, professional, and made the whole selling process much smoother by organising maintenance, staging, and managing a large number of interested buyers. When our first contract fell through (through no fault of the agency), Chris acted quickly and secured another buyer at a similar price, which we really appreciated. We’re very grateful for his hard work and would happily recommend Chris and the Spectrum team to anyone selling their property.

We couldn’t be happier with the service from Chris and Jess of Spectrum. In the beginning Chris was much more positive than 4 other agents re expected sale price, and he achieved that and more. We feel we got a $50,000 windfall by using Spectrum. The process was so easy, photographer, brochures, open times, all of it was a breeze, and we got TWO offers above asking price in less than 3 weeks. Jess and Chris are the best property managers we have come across, easy to communicate with, prompt and reliable, and just really pleasant to work with. Chris just sold my property at Lawnton. After speaking with lots of different agents most did not want to commit to selling my property over a million $$$. Chris not only got my over million dollars he got me another $100k more. Pretty impressive. Was on contract after the first showing, sold in 30 days. Was very streamline and easy.
