Call and call and no one ever answers. We need to install a new roof asap & no one is answering to help or return calls. Absolutely unprofessional.
Update on 5/11: Still no response! Called the BBB to get their help. Will send another update shortly, assuming they ever reply back or fix or replace my broken microinverter. Update on 3/23: still no word from anyone. Been calling and texting almost everyday. No response. I have a broken microinverter that needs to be repaired, but cannot get anyone on the phone or to respond. It's been 3 weeks so far. Called multiple times, including the CEO directly.
They must be out of business at this point, because they definitely don't return calls to have repair work done to their systems. Website down, etc. Go somewhere else.

I get harassing calls every day multiple times a day from this company. When you say something to the virtual assistant they will hang up on you. Stop calling people who don't ask to be called. Pam Adalian
