Dan came and did a very thorough cleaning of my heat pumps including the outside unit. He is punctual, friendly and professional. This is the first thing I used their service. Pleasantly impressed and will continue to use them in the future.
We are over the moon happy with our new tankless water heater. Aah! To have hot water again! It was just installed today by an amazing bunch of guys. Let me introduce you to Joe, Josh & Isaac. What - a - team! We had an unusual situation where our hot water heater was not venting properly. Joe Krasnik and his team came and inspected our chimney and found a nest (along with two dead birds) was clogging the exhaust pipe. They were able to remove it and replace the cap that had blown off, (enabling the birds to build a nest). They did this despite the fact that it was pouring rain.
