Contacted Joe to disconnect a gas dryer and to connect a new gas dryer. He was highly responsive in addressing my questions and very accommodating on scheduling the work. He was efficient, friendly, and clear about the service fees. I would definitely reach out to him again for future services.
It started with having my gas meter replaced and then it was determined that my furnace was faulty. I called Spectrum who was at my house within a couple of hours and less than 24 hours later had installed a new furnace. Very thankful for the quick service and professional work they provided.
Joe was a great and was able to change the furnace quickly and professionally. Fair pricing and even gave use heaters during the time he was changing the furnace out. I highly recommend Joe.
Highly recommended. Booking a service call was fast and easy. Joe came out to look at my fireplace which suddenly stopped working. He took the time to disassemble the fireplace components and clean and test the system. He determined the thermopile was not working and replaced it. No issues and fireplace produces more heat than before. Great service and experience. I would highly recommend Spectrum Energy and Joe!!
Had Spectrum out to install a Brand new American standard Furnace! I just want to say great job! 10/10!
