About a year ago I started my journey at Spectrum Elite. I came into the gym with a CrossFit background and also some injuries, so I was looking for a place that would still allow me to strength train while also teaching me how to do things more efficiently for my body. Excellent, very helpful trainer
I was in town for several days and wanted a decent gym to keep up with my program, Spectrum more than fit the bill. They have everything you need, plenty of barbells, bands, a variety of dumbbells, kettlebells, bumper plates and more. Overall great facility. Though I was there for a short period of time the atmosphere was great as well. Whether it's your first time in a gym or you have years of experience I encourage you to check out Spectrum!
