Our project was to add screens to a front porch, rebuild front and back steps, add fans, etc. The Spectrum staff prepared a very attractive and informative proposal based on our specifications, and offered clear options on major decisions to be made about design. All the staff were good listeners. The work crews were skillful, considerate, and responsive. When they encountered unexpected factors in construction, they promptly informed us of the implications and recommendations. Highly recommend.
Working with Spectrum Design + Build has been fantastic. We have a National Historic Landmark rowhouse and it requires special care in renovations. Spectrum has always accommodated the particular requirements. We have had several projects with Spectrum and they are our only contractor to consider.
