I filed an official complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC regarding my experience. This clinic scheduled an appointment for me without my confirmation or consent, and later told me I would have to pay a no-show fee before being allowed to book again. I never accepted the appointment, never replied to the email, and did not even see it at the time. I never agreed to any missed-appointment charge. I find the clinic very well organized in terms of handling patients, treatments, guidance on precautionary measures via handbooks. My treating doctor took really good care of my problem and the treatment or tests that I was prescribed with helped me immensely.
