I love this place! I have been going here for decades. Customer service is top-notch. When they switched to kiosks, and the customers did not like them, they listened and removed them and returned to the one on one personal service, which I really appreciate. They know their stuff, they’re very efficient and friendly. Would give it a sixth star if I could!
I've used the credit union twice in the last 2 weeks and the wait has been 10+ minutes. While I know this is not the employees' fault it does speak to lack of management and poor staffing plan. The employees are always apologetic and say they 'are short staffed' but from the customer experience, continued excuses point to a management deficiency and poor staff planning with no backup plan when there aren't enough employees to adequately service members. I have been a Spectrum member for 40 years and have always found them to provide great customer service no matter which branch I have and I have used branches in the West and East Coast. I have had several Spectrum auto loans in the past and park funds in the money market account which provides liquidity and better interest than my checking accounts with other banks.
