Expensive and restrooms are locked. Lame. Never park here.
Be careful at this parking garage if you park overnight you will get a citation and 2 citations is an immediate tow, but they got some crooked security that will double cite the first time for an immediate tow. They don't have any signs informing people of this so I figured I'd leave this so people can avoid it.
Something for everyone and wide range of places to eat. Parking garages $2 per 15 min and many restaurants don't validate. Parking by department stores free but 15 min walk to otherside.
