Spectrum catered my 50th birthday party and did an outstanding job. They provided my husband with many options, were there to help plan the event, never pushed “upsells” and were absolutely top notch on the day of the event. I highly recommend Spectrum Catering for your event.
We have had a couple work lunch and dinners catered by them so far and the food has been fantastic! Service is great as well. They take care of the set up and clean up so you and your guests just have to enjoy.
Spectrum absolutely blew us away. The food was beyond delicious—people are still raving about it—and the presentation was stunning from start to finish. We had them for lunch at work. We had the chicken parm sandwich, potato salad, tortellini side, cookies, and pop/water. It was delicious and the perfect portion size. The people working there were amazing also. Very warm and friendly. We hope to do another lunch with them in the near future.
After interviewing 4 caterers, we chose Spectrum Catering for our backyard/lakeside milestone birthday celebration. From our initial contact with Al & Nicole, to their outstanding staff, we without a doubt chose well. Crew leader and chef extraordinaire Laila delighted our guests and us with an outstanding selection of yummy and delectable foods.
