i would give zero stars if i could. don’t bother. i made an appointment, took off work and drove 40 mins for my appointment only to be told i had never actually made an appointment. front desk staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. please go anywhere else!!!
I wish I could say anything positive about this place. The front desk staff is horrid & doctors constantly late for appointments. The frustration is not worth it. Keep looking for care! Trust me when I tell you, this place will give your nightmares.
The people who answer the phone at this organization are terrible. No manners at all and makes you not want to call. I completed most steps needed to see a psychiatrist went through an intake and another appointment with a psychiatrist. They cancelled my appointment with the psychiatrist at last minute. I have been avoiding going back here. This all occurred back in March-May 2024 now when I inquire again in October 2024 I am told I need to start over.
