My son is a patient of Irfan Babariya, APM, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. Despite multiple phone calls and emails to both Irfan and the practice, my son has been waiting over two weeks for a prescription refill. We even had a telehealth appointment earlier this week, yet the prescription still hasn’t been sent. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, especially when it concerns essential medication. We expected better communication and follow-through from a healthcare provider.
If it wasn’t for the billing department this Spectrum Behavioral Health would get 4 stars. However due to their choice in billing department they get 1 star and here is why. You will be asked to “provide a card on file” for billing purposes as well as a valid email address.
