This facility has helped me immensely their employees truly care about the well-being of their patients even when it comes down to just scheduling an appointment for getting you your right medication or just talking to you on the phone for a few minutes when you need them. I am very blessed to have found my physician at Spectrum Behavioral Health, but I have also found kind people who make me feel supported in this mental health journey if anyone is ever struggling, I would recommend them here.
Very kind staff and they work pretty late into the night for a doctor's office so it's easy to get a hold of them
Dr. Ellis is an excellent practitioner. I have been seeing her for year and followed her from another practice. She is kind, compassionate and thorough. She listens and explains things well. She understands medications, side effects, etc.

Our experience with Ms. Robye Ballard was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. After just three interactions, she ceased all communication, failing to follow up on the patient’s treatment plan, medication management, or the promised consultation with a leading practitioner. As a result of this negligence, the patient required hospitalization.
