Different place, same song and dance. Gave the scheduler more than 20 days of which I was available for an afternoon appointment spanning 2 1/2 months -- 0 availability. Gave the scheduler an entire week of wide open availability -- 0 availability. Noone cared. It's clear to me that any Mental Health Facility that 1) is never available and 2) does not care what that inaccessibility does to someone suffering from Depression -- will be in no way, shape or form, able to give quality and effective "care" anyway. This is the most unprofessional practice for mental health I have ever been to. You call for the next available appointment with your psychiatrist because you need your refills on medications that keep you sane and stable, and they can’t even put in for refill requests and let you go without medications you need to somewhat live a normal life. I like my Dr. But there is a receptionist that is very rude and belligerent. Talking over me, not listening, and unable or unwilling to come up with a solution to a easy problem. That kind behavior in a Dr office is unacceptable. Spectrum really needs to train this lady on how to handle basic dialog, or maybe overhaul their hiring process. The issue happened at the Poughkeepsie office. Im very disappointed.
