I submitted a property improvement request and within 3 days Dacha Hammonds emailed me to let me know what the review and approval process is for my community and how long it might take. After that, he provided me with a weekly email update and let me know right away when a decision had been made. I was very happy and impressed with the communication I received from Dache on my request. Thank you!!

I must say that my experience was very good. I initially sent in a request for a phone call from the HOA. A time was scheduled. I received the call as scheduled. The representative was pleasant and professional. I initially forgot to send in a request to replace windows after contracting with the construction company. I sent it in to the ACC the next day for approval. I received the reply in a timely manner. I was able to keep my original construction date. I realize that they are volunteers and have another life. We have worked with Dache on three requests. Even though each request has originally always been denied, Dache has pushed through and got our requests all approved. If it weren’t for him, we would have just given up. A big shout out to Dache.
