Terrible experiences in with this HOA over the years. My recent home improvement project has been denied and when I asked for a handbook to review the rules and stipulations, I was told to "go look on line" per an email. This company and my HOA lacks transparency to this homeowner. I never expected a freshly baked plate of cookies when I moved into this house 6 years ago, but a simple welcome letter and rulebook or handbook policy would be appreciated.
