My past experiences with HOAs have been mostly negative but Courtney M with Spectrum was friendly and very helpful. I hope she will be my representative in future HOA contacts.
The app and desktop do not work for payment. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. HOA sent me to collections for unpaid dues, but the app and website do not allow me to. Frustrating experience and disappointment in seemingly nonexistent HOA.
