Courtney was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional while assisting us with obtaining the necessary HOA approvals for our garage door replacement and the color selection for repainting the exterior of our home in Arrowhead Ranch Phase III, Glendale, Arizona. Literally denied a basketball hoop for my kids in my own backyard. We requested approval and followed parameters from our old HOA, and sent that to Spectrum and they still denied. Now they want us to take it down after every use… Here’s the picture they sent me, which was taken from the main road behind our house. I don’t believe this hoop is an issue to anyone in the community. Ashley Park community has several hoops you can see over the wall, so not sure why we are singled out. I had a issue needed resolving and scheduled an appointment out a few days in advance but asked for any earlier availability within one day I was reached out by Belinda who had everything sorted in under 5 minutes wonderful
