Spectrum has been very helpful with our remodeling process. They are very knowledgeable and got back to us quickly when we had questions. The time frame for approvals did not take very long.
I've decided to acknowledge your request to leave a review. Spectrum in a whole never updated my email correctly (simple task) after YEARS as claimed among others. Brenda S. was very clueless on alot of topics, even basic common ground areas or voting laws. We had to move forward with others thru ADRE. We finally got a new management named Gina P. She was wonderful in the beginning, however became very rude and short tempered in the end with horrible communication skills. Mike just doesn't respond to emails at all. Day one S... read more
