I recently helped my daughter move into this apartment complex, and our experience has been very disappointing. There is no receptionist or visible security presence whatsoever. Within the first day, we ordered packages, and both were stolen. Inside her unit, one wall had a hole, others were dirty, and several had scratches. Poor communication and lack of transparency. During my move-out inspection, management confirmed that my unit was in acceptable condition. However, they still deducted part of my security deposit without any notice or explanation. After I moved out, important mail was sent to my old address. They neither forwarded it to me nor notified me about it.
I wish there was a one star option. The rooms are like cubbies and the management is horrible and inconsiderate. The garage gets robbed every other week and the parking lot gets robbed every week at least once. There It’s only one camera if not, two outside the building. I’ve had my house lock broken and the it was blamed on maintenance and management didn’t care to fix it until I noticed it was broken. This was not maintenance fault at all and was just a lie.
