Avoid this fraudulent "dealer" and just buy from Herman Miller directly. I purchased a $2600 desk from Spectrum for my home office and 4 months later the cable trough broke. I repeatedly contacted them to get it fixed because my desk is under warranty, but they did not respond to my online claims, phone calls, or repeated e-mails. Totally unprofessional and shameful. Great place to find a home office chair. Anthony and Elizabeth worked with me and got me a quote within a day. I really appreciated this because many other certified dealers for Herman Miller don't respond to single chair orders.
