Was very surprised by the lack of knowledge displayed by employees. Was in for a simple refund and was told only the owner could process a refund. While waiting 35 minutes for owner to show-up, was talking to an employee while waiting. Telling him about one of my revolvers I am proud of. It was in my car and I ask if he would like me to bring it in so he could see it. This “Jerk off” intentionally disrespected me.
