Honestly never had a clinic make me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I came in and checked myself in on the sheet. The receptionist was not in office that day. A nurse from the back came and greeted me and then left. That was the only nice interaction I had at this office. When I was taken back for intake i was immediately looked down on when I stated I had no insurance and would have to self pay. My psychiatrist of over 21 years, the one person that I was completely comfortable with, open with, trusted with complete indiscretion and trust, just to stop my treatment. I had no other options but to seek care in a BMU. SpectraCare in Ozark Alabama was the only thing that saved me, encouraged me, and put me back on the path that reestablished my mental health. If you need comfort, with professional support and caring, I definitely recommend that you see what they can provide for you!
I was made to feel very comfortable here and Daphne helped me learn to relax. When I show up for an appointment I don't have to wait at all. The atmosphere and staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I'm on the road to a happy and healthy recovery thanks to Spectracare. Dr. Lopez is a fine doctor and helps to keep me at ease. Angie is thorough, patient, understanding and empathetic with Recovery Group. Spectracare is helpful and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.
The director/therapist Daphne is a joke. She acts like she hates her job and she's rude and has a nasty attitude.
No complaints, arrive early if possible..if 5 mins late you will be rescheduled..Dr Lopez is excellent at his job..
