This place is not for helping people with mental health and addiction. If you have any hope of getting help for a loved one, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. What they don’t tell you, is that they only keep the patients for SEVEN DAYS!! That is not long enough to help ANYONE suffering with addiction!! Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from what is supposed to be a professional medical service. Can rarely get anyone on the phone, when you do they are either clueless or rude. Today My prescription needed to be renewed for refill, my pharmacy contacted them with no response, so I contact them so I can get my prescription refilled and they refuse to approve it unless I come in for a visit even though nothing has changed, then proceed to tell me the reason for this is because I was a “no show” to my last appointment... read more
Places like the bathroom can tell you a lot about the overall quality of a place and here is the picture of the men's restroom all sticky around the toilet and no soap to wash your hands so if you ever visit this establishment don't shake any of the male patients hands. The people who work here are about as friendly as this bathroom is clean! I currently haven't been working and I told them this and submitted my w-2s and do you think they helped me get my medicine?!
