Cant get anything done every time I call it's something different I'm getting the runaround and can't get what I need it's been over a month I will not be returning I'm going to look for a different place to get my medication ever since I have been coming here I have had a awful experience this place makes my mental health so much worse
This place is not for helping people with mental health and addiction. If you have any hope of getting help for a loved one, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. What they don’t tell you, is that they only keep the patients for SEVEN DAYS!! That is not long enough to help ANYONE suffering with addiction!! They also will NOT give you notice until they are on their way to drop off said patient! Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from what is supposed to be a professional medical service. Can rarely get anyone on the phone, when you do they are either clueless or rude. Today My prescription needed to be renewed for refill, my pharmacy contacted them with no response, so I contact them so I can get my prescription refilled and they refuse to approve it unless I come in for a visit even though nothing has changed, then proceed to tell me the reason for this is because I was a “no show” to my last appointment... read more
