Good customer service very helpful they helped me a lot much appreciated
Only place I’ll go for over 20 years now. Seen a son follow their father’s footsteps in great customer service. I’ve always been taken care of very well here. Their prices and knowledge are hard to beat.
Here are the pro's and con's of my experience in having Spectrac replace the air springs on my motorhome. Pro's: 1) Shop figured out which air springs to order since I was not sure, 2) work was done properly, 3) overall price was reasonable, 4) shop did go out of the way to keep the cost of air springs reasonable. Con's: 1) I called to schedule an appointment. I was told to bring the motorhome to the shop in 2 weeks, and work would be complete in about 1 week. Talked to the guy at the counter told him I was on the way to pick up a axle and I was a hour away from them got there and they sold it
