After years of arthritis pain that seemed to only progressively get worse I am so pleased with the positive results from massages almost monthly. Thank you Regina for your magic touch and added benefit of awesome relaxation.
Spectra is my go-to for whatever I need. I really love how they hosted a Mom's Night Out for the local mothers group I'm in! (Seacoast Mothers Association) They accommodated us wonderfully and the "Night Out" was a hit! Many thanks for yet another ahh-mazing time!!
My first time at Spectra so did not know what to expect. I normally do not write publically however I feel compelled to give my gratitude. You walk in to a beautiful clean, friendly atmosphere. Professional staff, prompt in greeting you and making you feel welcome the second upon arrival. Today services was done by Mary, who is an exceptional, talented stylist.
