It’s a nightmare to actually deal with these people. The sales rep can’t ever seem to answer her phone. Then there’s the telemarketing sales rep on the east coast. That guy not only answers but tells you everything you want to hear with zero ability to follow through. Then there’s the real person at the office in Denver. The office itself is unbelievably difficult to find by using navigation. It’s a tiny office that represents less than 1% of the building it’s in. Then there’s the product itself. Headed north on Hyw 75 in Oklahoma north of Tulsa around 8:50am your dangerous driver it the Box truck with your Name on the side refuses to use a single as he cuts people off for no reason at all or he was just swerving between lanes. Either way ots dangerous on a sunny day but today 1-30-2023 it is 21'F and freezing rain. So slamming on the breaks from a surprise 13' tall 20 something foot long diesel just cuts in front off as your pass them for no reason.
I have gone here for years but haven't been here in years New Management great experience my only downside location but so far I'm happy they're actually working on bringing metal prices down I can't say that for any other suppliers
