Very satisfied with my cut today!! I believe it was Colleen who did it, and she did a wonderful job. I definitely recommend Spectra to anyone who is looking for a great quality hair cut. I've been here multiple times and never had a problem. Everyone does such a great job! Just want to say thanks so much!!
I absolutely love Spectra! The staff treats you like family and even if you’re only there for a quick hair trim you feel like you just walked into a relaxing spa. They will always have my business. Love all the ladies there �
They ruined my hair, and my friends. Cut off way more than she was supposed too🥺. Fried our hair when we made sure to ask if it would be heavily damaged. Not to mention I paid 468$ for this ! Couldn’t get it fixed, or even get a refund after complaining. They made us feel stupid when we had went back to tell them we weren’t happy with our results.
If i could show how messed up my hair and my friends hair is... it’s cut uneven, they cut my friends halfway off literally!! charged us 468$ for burnt, uncut even hair! do NOT recommend and they would not refund not even HALF of the money. so disappointed in the price for what we left with.
