I’m new to the area and decided to give Spectra Salon a try. I needed color and cut . I was booked with Frances because I didn’t know anyone or anything about the hair salon or the stylist. Frances is fabulous. I’ve never had my hair color or cut and style done so perfect. Spectra is very fortunate to have her on their staff. Frances did my hair recently and I had at least 7 inches cut. I hung up after this customer said the " f " word every other word. I kindly asked her to stop saying it, so we could talk about the situation, else I would hang up. She continued, so I hung up. Sometimes there are people that you just cannot please, Charlsie seems to be one of them.
