Worst customer service ever!! We Did not receive one Box of downspout from a 28,000 order. I called the lady on the phone sounded like she didn’t believe me, stating they check orders 3 times. I then said well I didn’t! She huffed and said she would have to do a recount and get back to me. I said I would appreciate that very much and she said ok good bye. I quickly said do you want my number and name she said sure. A week later I haven’t heard a word from her or anyone from Spectra
