Awaiting procedure for my mother at the location on 29th ave. Arrived here at 7:56 am, for an 8 am check in, it is now 8:50 am and the check in process is barely taking place. Lady at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired, and time clearly only matters to the staff. For an environment that requires drivers to take patients home, be accurate in your snail's pace operation so that people taking time off work arent going by what was said originally, since you dont deliver. My only experience so far is the young lady that took my papers. She was rude and almost hateful. Can’t wait to get back in the treatment area and have my surgery. Hoping the dr and nursing staff are better.
I can’t say enough about this eye institute. From the moment we walked thru the doors we were taken care of. All staff from registration to nurses to physicians all were so friendly and very efficient. The best part was I was in and on the way home in 90 minutes. From a retired RN I know how busy you all are but thanks for the TLC. See you in 2 weeks
Everyone- Chelsy at registration, Dr Dao, the anesthetist to the nurses taking care of me were great! Zero pain!!!
very professional group of caring individuals. Dr. Hwang is my physician who has now made my vision clear after removing cataracts from both eyes. I am a retired Operating Room Nurse. 22 of the 42 years I worked in a Same Day Surgery in San Mateo, CA. I can truly say that the staff at Spectra work together for the best possible care of the patient.

I had surgery on my R/E. ON 4-18 BY DOCTOR LEIVSON. She did 4 procedure to the eye. From the time I got there until I left everyone was so friendly and professional,eased my nerves. The pain is Horriable,and the 5mg of pain meds does nothing. Thank you for everything Dr Leivson. Your are awesome.
Employee's are great, just be prepared to spend your entire day in the waiting room. Scheduling is a bit confusing. You will be waiting 3-4 hours AFTER your check in time to be called back for the surgery.
