They do incredible work. This has been my back for over three decades.
I have been a member since 1988. My experience was totally positive until Spectra took over and many things went downhill fast. The latest: I applied for a new car loan 10 days ago and still have not even been contacted about it. Repeated inquiries lead to nothing. So yesterday I joined the Navy Federal Credit Union (which is open to all NRL employees) and applied for the loan and got approved in 24 hours. I'll be leaving Spectra just as soon as I can.
