Avoid this place at all costs. The management team is terrible. I lived here for a year, the apartment is super inconvenient, the distance from my apartment to the garage takes a 5 minute walk, where all other apartments in Rochester offer you convenient parking that takes you down to the garage in an elevator. When moving out, they did not return security deposit and said that my apartment was dirty when I left, which I spent 5 hours cleaning up. My request is resolved in a timely manner.
Scheduled an appointment to view the 2 bedroom apartments and when I got there they didn’t have the appointment and no available apartments. 45 minute drive just to be turned away and told they can’t help us.
Dealing with management here has been a nightmare. They tried to charge me OVER $6,000 for shower doors without my approval on the vendor selection, claiming that these modern apartments—with built-in glass shower windows—are somehow ‘meant for shower curtains.’ That excuse makes no sense. I wasn’t given a say in the vendor or pricing, and when I questioned it, they ignored me 3 times after I asked "who will be paying for this expense?"
