No communication when moving in. I had to walk around to find someone to give me keys on my first day here. I have lived here for a week and no one has given me even a welcome packet. Sharon Thomas is the best part of the leasing team as she has worked weekends to help me get what I need to move in. The security team is also very helpful. Update 7/30/26: No power over the weekend due to previous residents failure to pay. Compensated but still spent the weekend without power. It has been a really good experience for moving in with the help of Gladys who is so so sweet and patient! The equipments of the apartment are fantastic as well :)

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Seriously. My experience with this property was bad from the day I moved in until the day I moved out. When I first came to the unit with Sharon Thomas, it wasn't even ready. The apartment was disgusting. The floors were stained, the carpet was lifting, and there was visible water damage. Sharon couldn't even properly complete the walkthrough and later told me the entire flooring needed to be replaced. Because I had already signed off on temporary housing through my job, I couldn't just keep waiting. I was ... read more
