Absolutely impossible to login to my account. I’ve successfully reset my password and I continue to get redirected to the login page. Just to find the login page was a nightmare as it is not connected to my company’s HR portal. Typical United Health Care.
This is a typical insurance company scam. I have Medicare via United Health Care and pay a premium for vision insurance, which UHC subcontracts to Spectera. My eye doctors office is in their network but apparently the glasses making portion of their office is not. Who could imagine that? The office knew of this dilemma, so carefully completed the paperwork so I would get at least a partial reimbursement for having paid out of pocket for my glasses.
