This review is specifically for Dr. O’Halloran, who is the best optometrist I’ve ever seen. I really felt like she went above and beyond and took the time to explain things to me in a very understandable way. I did have some issues with the company’s warranty policy, as the lenses of my brand new glasses broke twice in less than a year. I was not offered a decent solution to make that right, rendering my $500+ purchase a loss of funds. But I will return to Spectacle solely because of Dr. O’Halloran and her expertise. Dr. Ohalloran was so thorough, really knowledgeable and took extra time to help me understand my options. Exceptional customer service and I have been going to this location for several years now.
This was the coolest eye exam I've ever gotten! The woman who checked me in was super friendly, as well as the tech who did all of my preliminary testing, Sonja I believe was her name. I saw Dr. Sonya Tran, and she was absolutely delightful, thorough, and warm. I would recommend any of my friends and family to visit. The only feedback I would give to them is to be more transparent with extra costs.
