Josue went above and beyond with amazing customer service. I brought in my Dita sunglasses to get fixed and they took such great care of me. You can tell they really care about their customers. I am already looking forward to coming back to pick out a new pair of glasses with my insurance. The store is modern, beautifully designed, and has an impressive selection of both glasses and sunglasses from top brands. Definitely worth checking out.
Customer service is outstanding. Broke my glasses and lost the tiny screw in my frame and Lynn happily helped fix them. Spectacle is AWESOME! Lynn and Josué were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. I brought in a pair of Mykita sunglasses that I bought in Redmond, WA 5+ years ago that had a broken hinge that was clearly out of warranty. Spectacle sent the sunglasses to the manufacturer right away. The sunglasses came back repaired and at no cost. Super kudos to Spectacle, Lynn, and Josué! Thank you!
So I ask em', help me build some Carreras like Brad Pitt wore in F1. I was ready to spare no expense, but ended up walking out for less than half of what I expected to pay. I collect and trade vintage sunglasses and have had countless bespoke lenses made for various old frames. These lenses have an amazing tint. Serengetti up top and Maui Jim in the middle. I'll be going back many times.
A few years ago I had a Lasik consult appt at a surgery center, they advised me to get further evaluation of my corneas and dry eyes. I didn't want to go back to my old clinic. Friends strongly suggested Spectacle and I am so thankful for that. This place has been the most thorough eye office I've ever been to.
