I honestly left this place feeling more like I’d been pitched to than cared for. I came in just wanting a normal eye exam and maybe some glasses — instead, it felt like walking into a car dealership. The first person ran me through a bunch of machines and even strapped a VR headset on me. (I actually have a VR headset at home — I could’ve done this part myself.) Enjoying the sunshine & celebrating in Los Angeles
Had a fabulous experience with Lynn. The pin in my sunglasses fell out, and within 29 minutes of me walking in without an appointment, she fixed that problem and reinforced the other pin, which was loose, without me asking. As someone from out of town who is blind without my prescription Ray Bans, the effort and quick fix was very much appreciated!
