I went to Spetacle in Beaverton yesterday and it was a pleasant visit. It started on the phone when I called them to inquire about temple tip covers. I wanted to be sure they had the little tip covers on hand before driving 100 miles to their store. Robin answered my call and was very nice and polite. She asked some questions about my glasses and told me an optical lab will call me shortly. Spectacle in Beaverton is beyond excellent. Following Dr O’Halloran, Optometrist, around town brought me to Spectaclepdx. Annual appointments are eagerly anticipated. Her professional competency, her creative problem solving and up-to-date knowledge develop trust and comfort. Josue Rivera, Optician and assistant, also delivers excellent care. I book appointments on days i know he will be there. 5 Stars eveyone!
I have been going to Spectacle for a couple of years and have seen Dr. Sonya Tran at each visit. They have an extensive selection of glasses and my experience with Dr. Tran has been exceptional. She is very friendly and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone!
I came in for an adjustment of my glasses since they kept slipping down my nose. It's difficult to get glasses to fit on Asians, and I had gone to Costco threw times previously. I happened to see the store and took the chance to see if I could get my glasses adjusted here. Josue took a look, went into the backroom to make adjustments, and like some sort of black magic the glasses fit perfectly now! It didn't cost a dime, but I'll definitely come back in the future.
