Customer service at this company is awful. They took over a month to reply to my email and voicemail that I left them before the concert. They then claimed they were unable to help me with my case because it was too late after the event despite the fact that I had contacted them before the event. They then claimed that they had no possible way of helping me because of bureaucratic red tape within their own company. Do not buy tickets from Spectacle Live or Etix. If an artist has to cancel a show, they book a sub and they will not notify you until after the refund deadline if they notify you at all. Shady!

Cancelled Jay Leno show, I never received notification, they denied to refund my money saying it was after the refund date which was before the scheduled event date. Called several times, spoke to a person and also left messages. I did not receive any follow-up call from Spectacle Management and they refused to issue a refund.

Went to see Peter and Paul in Plymouth. First half of the show was very good. Second half they took turns making political statements, some of which were factually incorrect. I don't like to pay good money to have entertainers express their political views.
