Popped in after grocery shopping to see if I could purchase a replacement screw for my RayBan’s. For reference, I didn’t purchase them from this store. However, the gentleman that was working was so kind, and absolutely insisted on replacing the screw for free. This made my day as I haven’t been able to wear my favourite sunglasses in 6 weeks. Thank you so much for your kindness, and great service!

Look, their great. They fit, my prescription is great. I picked my lenses though .. so the specsaver survey after getting my glasses is mostly asking if im a moron.
Great service and range of styles to pick from. Received 2 discounts which was great as able to get 3rd pair at great discount plus added PC points to my sale.
Not comparable with previous Theodore and Pringles, when considering price, offers, staff and customer service. Quickly estimated for $500 to replace the single vision lenses that were done for only $120 by the same location in the past when operating under different name. Showed no willingness to further discuss, give a proper quote or explore options to help but advised to get elsewhere
