I took my mother in a wheel chair for her hearing and eye test yesterday, what a relief it was to enter the air conditioned shop, the staff assisted me with the door. Oliver the audiologist has a clinic every Thursday morning for those of us who have difficulty managing the stairs when the daily clinic is held. Every effort was made to accommodate my mother's walking difficulty. The staff are very professional, pleasant and helpful
Good service all round from testing to glasses fitting. Becky was very helpful when I was picking my glasses and sunglasses in the 2 for 1.

I was extremely happy with Specsavers Whiteoaks Mall the second time I had to get my glasses updated. I found out to my delight, the glasses I had picked out, that I didnt like on final pick up, could be exchanged at no cost to me!! I picked out another pair and am very happy with them. Both Zully and Jesse were invaluable in helping with my second choice, patient, and expert in fitting them. Again, I saved a ton of money and got a product I really like. We had a great experience with Maryam. She was so helpful and accommodating. She is very great at her job and has great advice. We would highly recommend her if you go to the Londonderry Specsavers!
I really needed new glasses and luckily got into Spec Savers at Woodgrove mall. Everyone was so courteous and friendly even though the place was literally buzzing with customers. I can't say enough good things to describe my interaction but let me say that they fulfilled everything that I required and more. Sara, was one of the employees and she was wonderful and so kind. Kudos to Specsavers and a huge thank you!
