Great people, good deals
The best store in the town. And the customer service is amazing!
Having tried to get into a number of optometrists (most were booking weeks out.) I was able to get into Specsavers the following day. Dr K (Drake) was quick to identify the issues I was having with my vision, come up with a game plan and booked me for a check up in the future. I found him engaging and very personable, a fine optometrist. The young woman up front who helped with billing and imaging was also most welcoming, very personable and shared with me her adventures from the East Coast. Not a place I would get my eyes examined. Quickest appt ever, less than 5 min. no liquid to dilate the pupils. If I didn’t ask a question it would have been 2.5 min. And they charged $$$ … pretty embarrassing. Shocking really. I’ll have to go somewhere else clearly to get a proper examination.
