I was at Specsavers last week and bought two pairs of glasses ...i was looked after by a young girl by the name of Shanni ...Well she was excellent...Today i picked up my glasses from a guy named Hermann well let me tell you his service was also excellent...Both of them i would give 100% if they worked for me ...i think both of them are an asset to your business...Give them a good raise they deserve it...Thanks Paul Miner
