I went to the store as I had snapped the arm on my glasses. The staff were extremely helpful in explaining all my options in the hopes of saving me money!
Have purchased 6 pairs of glasses and have experienced friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have worn and purchased many glasses over the last 60 years. Never had an issue at spec savers
The glasses are the worst quility. I guess you get what you pay for. The lens fell out of the glasses at school on the 2nd months of my son having it and I had to pay full price to replace it. My other kids glasses completely fell apart. Do not use them it’s not worth your money
We have gotten new glasses as well as repairs ( thank you Tee). The staff are very friendly and provide knowledgeable, excellent service. I highly recommend this business!
Excellent service, knowledgeable, kind, caring staff. Efficient and thorough testing. Even when the store was busy I could hear and sense the positive calm atmosphere remained. Lemon water was a nice touch-refreshing We drove 5 hours to go to this specific store.
