I’m very disappointed with my experience at Specsavers St. Albert. I booked my appointment in person, and was told it was for 1:30 PM. I arrived at 1:34 PM, happy and motivated because I urgently need glasses—I can barely read my phone anymore. But instead of being welcomed, I was told I was 25 minutes late. Olivia was fantastic. We came in with my son and his arm on glasses was broken . She replaced the damaged part at no charge. Great service, we will be coming back.
