Brilliant. Excellent customer service. Excellent 'Above and Beyond' service for my family visiting Medicine Hat from northern Alberta on a trip over the August 15 weekend. We were in Medicine Hat to see family when the arm of my son's glasses broke an hour before a family gathering. I was so impressed with the customer service at this location! I ended up coming into the store on two different days a few months apart and both visits I was made to feel so welcome. They went above and beyond to help and I was very satisfied with the deal on my glasses. Will be using Spec Savers for all of mine (and my family’s) glasses needs.
The staff here are amazing. So helpful. They don't push the most expensive glasses on you. They were honest about what looked good and what didn't and helped pick out the best frames to fit my face. This was challenging because my face is quite small. I would recommend them to everyone.
I went in September 9, 2025 and the employee that helped me was Kim. I needed my nose pads replaced and she got right to work. What’s amazing is that this place does not charge for replacements, as some other places do. Kim left a good impression on me and I will certainly come back if I need my glasses fixed.
Great customer service. Highly recommend going there for all your glasses and eye health needs.
