I just want to commend Nicole for representing Specsavers in a professional manner! She was very accomodating and helpful. She got me referring all my family members to their branch to do their vision check! very well done Nicole you deserve a raise :) Kudos to this branch for their superior customer service!
This has been the best experience I have ever had getting new glasses, and I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years. The optometrist was friendly, professional and took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had. Dora and Parisa took there time to help me find frames and make some suggestions and when the time came to pick-up my new glasses, Dora took the time to make sure they were perfect and fit my face properly. I will not hesitate to return to this location in the future.
I had an excellent experience with this Specsavers. They were very professional and not only identified the development of cataracts but explained why new glasses were not able to achieve perfect vision correction, and they linked me to a care provider for cataracts.
Adrineh was amazingly helpful and such a good salesperson. She explained things very thoroughly and helped me pick out 2 pairs af glasses that I’m very excited about. She was patient and knowledgeable.
This is my first experience with SpecSavers and I am thrilled with the service and support I’ve been offered. I purchased my daily eyewear, computer lenses and sun glasses from them (all progressive lenses). I did have issues in the beginning, however it had nothing to do with SpecSavers. The issue was entirely due to my extremely sensitive points behind my ears (& perhaps a little neurosis).
