Visited Specsavers at SHOPPERS World at Victoria Park/Danforth the staff is very helpful knowledgable and efficient.
Visited this location for the first time today, I was greeted by Liza.She was professional and courteous. Dina helped me out with two pairs of glasses. She was helpful, informative, patient and professional. Great service at this location. Keep up the good work.
This place really messed up my eyes. They gave me a prescription that was too strong and it wasn't until later that I found out they actually added a 'feature' to the lenses which made my eyes worse. I had to do two eye exams and now I will be finding a new optometrist. Make sure to ask questions about what and why they're doing things.
Of course we know this is a chain, but it’s the people inside the chain that make the particular store good or bad. The store of Victoria Park and Danforth has great staff that really make a difference. In particular, Samantha was so helpful with me when I was not happy with my initial order and the prescription wasn’t quite right they took them back. I even chose different frames than I had originally and Samantha took the time to identify the problem with my lenses and when I got the new ones, just today they were perfect.... read more
I highly recommend Specsavers Shoppers World location for eye exams and for affordable , attractive glasses. I was helped by Syeda who was kind, knowledgeable and patient as I selected my glasses and was professionally fitted for them. The process was very pleasant with lots of styles to choose from and very helpful and respectful staff. I took my time and even left and thought my choices over for a bit. They were cool with all of it. Best of all, I love my supercool progressives!❣️
