Had a wonderful appointment with the Dr. Sharon the manager is awesome friendly and very knowledgeable.
My wife and I visited the optical store inside Superstore Regent yesterday between 4:30 and 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The employee who assisted us came across as condescending and answered our questions in a rude and impatient manner. We felt like she didn't have time for us and wasn't interested in helping. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt uncomfortable and decided to leave without making a purchase. Customer service is just as important as the products you sell. I hope this feedback... read more
Today I had the pleasure of meeting one very positive, informative member of the Specsavers team. Her name is Sharon and she is the manager. From the minute I walked in she was very customer oriented. I walk with a cane and she immediately offered me a seat. I discussed many different options for purchasing a new pair of glasses.
