Ladies were knowledgeable and helpful. Hopefully the sungasses turn out just as good.
My rating is for customer service of staff and Optometrist at this location as I don’t have the new glasses yet. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Prompt to greet me, kept me informed of what they were testing. Great customer service, especially from Kirat for her patience while helping me choose frames.
Unbelievable service. Real family feel. Super professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
When I went for an eye exam, the doctor said I needed surgery. I said no but he kept pushing it. He did give me a prescription but when I went to get new glasses the front desk staff said that they were told to refuse my request. My sister in BC has worse vision than me. She can't see out of her right eye because the cataract is cloudy, mine is still clear. Anyway, she got new glasses without the surgery and I'm refused. Never going back. Didn't think they could refuse to give you glasses.
