Excellent service and lovely staff at the Plaza Parade shop, on three occasions now - for glasses for myself and kids. Today staff went above and beyond when I need some information urgently for work a work medical. Great store!

Just wonderful people. They repaired my glasses that I’d accidentally sat on on the spot. I was so grateful as they are the only pair I have. Previously I’ve attended Specsavers for glasses and have always found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. The prices are great and the after sales service is excellent. Bought my glasses at another Specsaver store,after 3 fittings still not right. 1 visit to here and bingo, vision great , glasses fiit like a glove thank you Chris . All staff very helpfull. Definitely be back.
