In the last few weeks I have purchased 4 x sets of glasses. (Sunglasses, driving and reading) Generally the experience was good until the "Golden Ticket" scam. (Golden Ticket is 50% off a set of glasses) So I went to use the ticket for a spare set of glasses and I was advised that the cost to replicate the glasses that I had previously purchased @$749 for two pairs. or $374.50 each........... I purchased glasses in early April and my naughty puppy chewed them up in May. I went back to Specsavers and told them my sad story and asked if they could please order new frames for me. Not only did the frames arrive promptly but they replaced them free of charge or in their words ‘in good faith’. So impressed thank you.
