Huge shoutout to Maddy at Specsavers! She was absolutely amazing—friendly, patient, super helpful, and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable Honestly, 10/10 customer service! Specsavers has a real superstar on the team.
A screw on my glasses frame came loose causing the lens to fall out. The lovely staff fixed it for me free of charge and also adjusted my second pair and replaced a missing nosepad for free. All done in a matter of minutes. Very happy with the friendly service from Specsavers Inverell.

I booked into Inverell Specsavers for my eye test that was due this was my first visit to this store and after having my test I was helped by Maddy what a pleasure with all her advice and knowledge. I wanted sunglasses and being unsure what ones I wanted Maddy helped me decide after trying on so many then coming back a few days later Maddy had the patience of an Angel well Done Maddy and thankyou for your help assisting me in my decision I was.super Happy.
